     We have developed a website that allows healthcare facilities the flexibility of posting their own vacancies without having the miscommunication associated with telephone use.  No worry.  A staffing coordinator will immediately be notified via email as well.  Facility administrators are allowed access to the secured web site to view their vacant shifts as well as view their confirmed scheduled shifts.  On the flip side, nursing professionals are able to view vacant shifts and schedule themselves for these shifts.  Again, no worry.  A staffing coordinator will immediately be notified via email.  This technology will save time, as well as promoting continuity of care in that the facilities can verify shift coverage at the touch of a button.  No more waiting to talk to a coordinator to verify your schedule.

30 minute call back policy: 
     A staffing coordinator will return your call within 30 minutes to notify you as whether CMS is able to fulfill your staffing needs.

Available 24 hours a day:
     Staffing coordinators are available in the office 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. est Monday through Friday.  After hours, we utilize our on-call center to stay connected and provide our customers the access required to fulfill any staffing needs.
